The Croix Valley Sauces Competition Barbecue team is a joint effort of the grillmasters at Croix Valley and the pit builders of Pierce Pits. Traveling throughout the Midwest at KCBS competitions and BBQ festivals, Croix Valley is taking home awards and expanding our product lines by putting our sauces and rubs to the test in the field.
Croix Valley also works with many more competition BBQ teams across the country to provide them with award-winning barbecue sauces and help win
competitions. Our relationships with BBQ teams gives us a unique opportunity to further
develop new sauces and rubs for
