In the industry’s most rigorous blind tasted food competition, a panel of over 90 of the country’s top culinary experts sampled hundreds of product entries before naming top honors. Croix Valley Steak Sauce is moving into a new facility!
The construction is nearly complete for a February 2011 move-in to our new retail/production facility in Hudson, Wisconsin. We have teamed up with Specialty Meats & Gourmet, located at 1810 Webster Street, where Croix Valley Steak Sauces will continue to be produced in small batches at the location with an "expo" style production room that allows customers to see the sauces being made. Stay tuned for updates!

The construction is finally complete for our new production facility located inside Specialty Meats & Gourmet, located at 1810 Webster Street in Hudson, WI. We are now producing our sauces in the same small batches we started with, ensuring superiror quality of our products.
