taste and customers immediately began clammering for our product. After a decade of requests to bottle and sell it for home use, we decided that it was about time we did something about it. In 2009, we began
producing the steak sauces for retail sale and finally brought Croix Valley Steak Sauces to the market.
2011 began a journey into competition BBQ, resulting in the formation of our own KCBS barbecue team and the development of our new Competition Barbecue Sauce. Croix Valley
is continuously expanding in to new markets and 2012 will see us expanding our direct sales business into new areas as well. Watch for Croix Valley at fairs, festivals and trade shows near you!
